While being employed with EIPL the idea was introduced to the managing board that received a whole hearted support and welcome to engage towards empowering children from lesser developed localities by providing them supplementary education. This thought was embraced by the employees of EIPL and the gushing enthusiasm and energy stood as the backbone towards cementing the thought as an organizational level initiative.

EIPL has officially confirmed its participation towards MIE (My India Empowered), a flagship program of YIF (Young Innovators Foundation) which is an initiative towards providing supplementary education to under resourced children.
The program (MIE) has been designed to facilitate growth by opening creative spaces. An open creative space is a space where one feels secure physically, emotionally and mentally. A space like this allows one to see things in a new way, explore their talents, express themselves and be self empowered. Unlike the conventional system where learning flows from teacher to student, at Sashakta in collaboration with MIE, everyone is an explorer.
